Penerangan :
- Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, and Linux desktop environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Google Drive and Google Sheets issues.
- Configure and maintain RDP and VDI environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers.
- Provide support for LastPass, web hosting, email servers, and cloud servers.
- Monitor and manage networks using tools like PRTG and Nagios.
- Ensure network security and address any security issues as they arise.
- Knowledge of network security practices.
Syarat-syarat :
Desired Skills:
- Command line scripting.
- Windows task scheduler.
- Google Apps Script.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support in a small to mid sized business.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
