• You will be responsible for leading and managing the Information Technology Operations team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of IT services, incident management, and service delivery. You will collaborate with various IT teams and stakeholders to maintain high service levels and implement IT best practices.
• This role also aims to direct technological operations through understanding and analyzing organizational requirements, practices and goals.
  
  

• Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead and supervise the IT Operations team, providing direction, guidance, and support.
• Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training needs for team
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an IT service operations environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
• Familiarity with IT service monitoring and performance management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Experience in implementing and managing IT service improvement initiatives.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach to service delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
