Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Provide technical support to users, assist in resolving IT-related problems, and maintain documentation of support activities.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various platforms.

Assist with network troubleshooting and setup.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, strong communication skills, and familiarity with various operating systems.
Working Conditions: Office-based environment with potential on-call responsibilities.
