Food Safety & Hygiene Academy of the Philippines (FoodSHAP) is the leading and first educational institution in the Philippines dedicated to developing world-class Food Safety Qualification Programs for food handlers. Since 2015, we have certified over 10,000 professionals worldwide, empowering individuals and businesses with globally recognized food safety expertise.


As a social enterprise, FoodSHAP is committed to raising awareness on food safety and building a strong food safety culture. We support and fund sustainable programs, including free training, public awareness campaigns, and capacity-building initiatives to benefit food handlers, businesses, and communities across the country.


About the Role

FoodSHAP Inc. is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships, driving sales, and promoting our Food Safety Training programs to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
  • Needs Assessment – Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Market Research – Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, graphics, technical, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Sales Reporting – Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide reports to management.
  • Continuous Growth – Seek client feedback and refine sales strategies for ongoing improvement.

Requisito

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Food Technology, Biology/Microbiology Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to build client relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch to clients confidently.
  • Target-Driven: Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
