Duties and Responsibilities:
· Providing support to the accounting department by creating and editing financial documents.
· Organizing bookkeeping process of the company.
· Analyzing financial information in order to identify discrepancies.
· Preparing monthly payroll for employees.
· Ensuring that premium contributions are remitted on time.
· Processing of BIR tax remittances.
· Suggesting improvement in accuracy, efficiency and reducing costs.
· Interprets and apply accounting policies, rules and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
· Drafting, preparing and compiling financial and statistical statements, reports and summaries.
· Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
