Plan, schedule, and coordinate domestic deliveries to meet customer and business requirements.
Arrange transportation with transportation providers.
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery; proactively address delays or issues.
Prepare and process accurate delivery documents including manifest, invoices, and other deployment paperwork.
Maintain communication with transport provider and customers regarding shipment status.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper loading, unloading, and storage of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and replenishment planning.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as damaged, delayed, or missing shipments.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and inventory movements.
Support process improvements to optimize logistics workflows, reduce costs, and improve service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Neste relevant regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or supply chain operations.
Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and tracking tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping processes (if applicable).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
