• Monitor reports on key logistics performance metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders and senior management
• Run ad hoc analyses to identify root cause of issues identified driving deviation of key performance metrics from targets
• Create new and standardize ongoing reports on logistics-related performance metrics
• Prepare BAU reports for management meetings
• Support internal logistics stakeholders and cross-functional teams with data requirement and analysis
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Engineering or it's equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with understanding in operational systems applicable in logistics, warehouse and transportation industry
• Outstanding critical-thinking, highly meticulous and detail-oriented
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and able to work in a dynamic work environment
• At least 1 year experience in performance reporting and monitoring
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders from across levels which includes Senior Leaders
• Background in SQL
