PCON International Corp. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that promote our ECOBLOC Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) products. This role will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting the company’s sales objectives.
Marketing Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the company's AAC products and increase brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
Campaign Management
Plan and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, events, and print advertising.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Manage external agencies and vendors for creative materials, content, and promotions.
Content Creation and Brand Management
Develop marketing content, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Organize and oversee photoshoots, video production, and promotional materials.
Event Management
Plan and coordinate company participation in trade shows, expos, and industry events.
Manage logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials for events.
Market Research and Reporting
Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain a marketing database with customer and competitor information.
