You'll Be Responsible With The Following

Create overall strategy to drive merchant retention among: ▪ New merchants
Drives data-driven insight and strategies hinged on merchant behaviors and usage patterns
Ensure achievement of retention business metrics through initiatives and programs
Implement lead scoring and qualification frameworks to ensure that only high-potential merchants are passed along to the sales team.
Executes end-to-end segment-based marketing
Ensure execution retention policies and principles in all Gcash programs

We Are Looking For

With Bachelor's degree
With at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or merchant lifecycle management
With experience in Tech/ App-Based Companies is a preference
Preferably with Management Trainee Experience
Preferably with SQL knowledge
