• Develop, test, and maintain APIs and backend services using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Conduct API testing to ensure functionality, reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements and integrations.
• Utilize API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI to validate API endpoints.
• Implement automated API testing frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) and security best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot API-related issues, optimizing performance and efficiency.
• Document API specifications, test cases, and results for development and QA teams.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in healthcare application development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in .NET development and API testing.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and RESTful API development.
• Strong experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, SpecFlow).
• Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards like HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience working with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and other authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and automation in API testing.
