As a Network Care Center Admin, you’ll be at the heart of our charger network operations—monitoring real-time performance, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor charger network and infrastructure via network too
lsIdentify and escalate issues to internal teams or vendo
rsRespond to customer and stakeholder concerns in real-ti

ksMinimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Electrical Technology, or related fi
eld1–2 years of experience in a technical support or infrastructure r
oleStrong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/W
AN)Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused mind
setEffective communicator in both English and Filip
