Work Set-up: Hybrid Setup (2-3x RTO/week in Taguig office); Dayshift

We are looking for a Hybrid Cloud Network Engineer to manage and support our complex

network infrastructure, spanning on-premises environments and multiple cloud platforms

(Alibaba, AWS, Azure). This role focuses on fulfilling service requests efficiently and resolving

network incidents promptly to maintain optimal network performance and availability.

Responsibilities:

• Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network incidents across on-premises, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and Azure environments.
• Service Request Fulfillment: Process and fulfill network service requests related to connectivity, configuration changes, and access provisioning.
• Network Administration: Manage and maintain network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers in all environments.
• Cloud Networking: Configure and manage virtual networks, subnets, security groups, and network gateways in Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
• Troubleshooting: Perform in-depth troubleshooting of network issues, utilizing network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to address network-related issues and support project deployments.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 yrs a Network Engineer supporting hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of on-premises networking concepts and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud, AWS, and Azure networking services.
• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, etc.).
• Experience with network security best practices and tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Terraform is an advantage
