Requirements

Leadership and People Management: Ability to manage and motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships with staff and guests.
Customer Service: Strong customer-focused mindset to ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and maintain high service standards.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino (knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese may be beneficial in interacting with Chinese-speaking guests).
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address operational issues and emergencies quickly and efficiently.
Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and revenue forecasts, ensuring the hotel operates within its financial targets.
Technology: Familiarity with hotel management software and systems for reservations, billing, and operations manager
Proficiency in English and Filipino.
Mandarin or Cantonese language skills may be a plus, especially for a Filipino-Chinese manager, to cater to Chinese-speaking guests or handle communications with a Chinese-speaking team.
Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respecting diverse cultures and backgrounds, especially if the hotel attracts international guests.
