Penerangan

Sourcing and Supplier Management:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for various goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure they meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements.


Purchasing and Order Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely fulfillment of requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, production) to determine procurement needs.


Contract Negotiation and Management:

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best value for the organization.
  • Review and draft contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce contractual obligations.


Cost Management:

  • Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and more efficient purchasing strategies.
  • Ensure all purchases are within the approved budget and report any budget variances to the Procurement Manager.


Inventory Management and Reporting:

  • Work with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports on spending, supplier performance, and procurement activities.


Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating procurement-related risks.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously seek ways to improve the procurement process and supplier relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and technologies.

Syarat-syarat

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome/ At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (fresh graduates may be considered).

3. Strong organizational and negotiation skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Gsheet).

5.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
