Descrição:

Create compelling multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and videos, for social media, digital campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
Collaborate with the recruitment marketing team to develop creative assets that align with branding guidelines and company objectives.
Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia materials to ensure high-quality output.
Maintain consistency in visual communication across different digital platforms.
Stay updated on design and multimedia trends to continuously improve creative strategies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requisito

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other multimedia design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia design, animation, and video editing skills.
Experience in digital marketing or employer branding design is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
