As a Project Manager, you oversee all construction project phases, ensuring adherence to legal, financial, administrative, and technical contract requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and a Licensed Professional Engineer
• Preferably with a Master's or Post-Graduate Degree
• Must have at least 5 years of experience of managerial capacity and at least 10 years related experience in the construction industry
• Expertise in Project Management, Risk Management, and People Management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant construction project management software
• Adept in coaching and offering guidance to subordinates
