Penerangan
- Design and develop psychological and educational assessments
- Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate test reliability and validity
- Collaborate with psychologists, educators, and researchers on test development
- Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure assessments comply with ethical and professional standards
- Maintain and update psychometric databases and documentation
- Provide training and support on the use of assessment tools
- Stay current with advances in psychometric methods and technologies
- Contribute to research projects related to measurement and evaluation
- Advise stakeholders on the appropriate use of assessment results
Syarat-syarat
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, or related field
- Strong knowledge of psychometric theories and principles
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, or SAS
- Experience with test development and validation processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of ethical guidelines in psychological testing
- Experience in research design and data interpretation
