• Acts as Business Analytics team’s primary resource in ensuring all data, analytics and reporting deliverables are of high quality standards and have been tested thoroughly in accordance with best practices
• Leads, creates, reviews, approves, and rolls out plans and standards to address data, reporting, and analytics issues, and works with cross-functional teams to develop interim and/or permanent solutions to issues
• Interacts with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, and creates testing plans and procedures
• Owns, leads, develops, reviews, approves, and rolls out policies and procedures to ensure team and individual compliance to agreed SLAs
• Acts as facilitator to peers and business stakeholders in ensuring high quality standards Identifies areas for improvement and implements sensible and logical actions based on recommendations
• Leads the establishment, and enforcement of the team’s ways of working, rules of engagement, processes and procedures, and monitors adherence of team members
