Key Accountabilities

Here are the key responsibilities of the Reconciliation Analyst role:

  • Daily cash management & reconciliations of bank accounts
  • Daily management & reconciliations of all PSPs & card processing accounts
  • Processing of client withdrawals accurately and in a timely manner, including the verification in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Processing of balance adjustments in accordance with promotional activities, and other ad hoc charges
  • Perform daily Client Money reconciliation and monthly reporting
  • Deliver improvements and drive efficiencies across Treasury Operations processes and controls
  • Transaction monitoring & analysis
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of reconciliation processes, methodologies, and results for audit and reference purposes.
  • Assistance in the preparation of treasury and payments related reporting
  • Ad hoc assistance as required by the team managers

Syarat-syarat

Qualifications / Certificates:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field.

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards, particularly client monies regulation and money laundering guidelines
  • 1-3 years of experience as an operations analyst or junior accountant or treasury analyst in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and reconciliation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, accounting software, and databases.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage and analyze large datasets accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Desirable

  • Experience within the Financial Services, Banking, or Trading industry
