Penerangan

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and physical files.
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Organize and support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events.
  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure a smooth flow of HR processes.


Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of HR experience (internships or entry-level experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
