As the Regional Services Director, you will lead and manage a team of cloud and modern work engineers, specializing in multi-cloud environments, particularly Microsoft and AWS. Your role will involve ensuring efficient utilization of your team's resources, driving project success, on-time delivery, and overall customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for driving high-impact architecture conversations and managing multimillion-dollar programs with our customers, partners & vendors.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep knowledge of networking and security, along with your expertise in optimizing workload architecture for cost efficiency and performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and decision-makers will be crucial in fostering strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through our services and solutions model.

Key responsibilities will include

• Overseeing the cloud services team, focusing on skills development in multi-cloud environments, networking, security, and workload optimization
• Developing and implementing strategies to ensure successful delivery of multi-cloud (Azure & AWS) projects, focusing on time, budgets, and customer satisfaction
• Developing and maintaining efficient processes and procedures for effective service delivery and operational excellence
• Exceeding revenue and profitability goals for the cloud services department
• Cultivating relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers among clients and partners
• Driving continuous improvement within the department and across the organisation

Your Competencies

• 8+ years of commercial acumen and working with customers, partners, vendors, regional C-levels and functional leaders, articulating business outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in a similar Technical Services delivery center, with at least 5 years+ working in multi-cloud environments (including Microsoft, AWS, GCP cloud solutions)
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading team sizes of at least 15+ people
• Previous experience building and further establishing a delivery center, leading technical services, multi-disciplined teams across complex cloud and networking projects in a regional set up
• Experience in optimizing cloud workload architecture for cost efficiency and performance with a demonstrated ability to manage and drive large-scale, complex IT projects
