Your Role:

Supports the department manager in overseeing the team and is responsible for supervising the flow of day-to-day activities. Ensures that the team performs against targets while satisfying the deliverables to internal clients.

What you will do:

• Track operations performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance at the company, team, and individual levels.
• Coordinate with various departments to manage capacity planning, volume forecasts, headcount projections, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance, ensure adherence to company policies, and foster continuous improvement through feedback and training.
• Oversee the completion of projects and initiatives within deadlines, optimize procedures, and implement strategies to achieve operational and team goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or planning; proficient in data analysis, visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio), statistical packages (Excel, Google Sheets), and database management.
• Strong ability to analyze data, develop insights, manage projects, and address challenges with attention to detail and organizational prowess.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
