الوصف

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Change bed linens and towels, replenish amenities, and restock supplies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and report maintenance issues.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper condition.
  • Deliver exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong services skills, effective communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in customer relationship management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, perform bed making, and respond to guest requests promptly.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for irregular hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a friendly demeanor.
