Meet the target requirements of client visits per month.
Conduct a strategic and detailed sales presentation.
Design and customize sales proposals and quotations according to the customer’s requirements.
Create a strong working relationship with key customer stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
Maintain the company's existing relationships with active customers and achieve long-term connections.
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
Validate the quality of the customer lead and pipeline data to improve the overall data quality.
Prepare sales stats report and comply with Athe weekly and monthly sales status report.
Job Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of the Heavy Equipment Industry especially in the Excavator field.
Accurately Wide and deep relationships with most top and active contractors, government, mining &quarry, private, and rental companies.
Knowledgeable or has successful experience in government bidding.
Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences, and excellent presentation skills.
Work with the Sales, Account Management, and Operations team to implement targeted sales strategy.
Ability to prepare reports and use the appropriate mode of communication.
Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting, and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems.
Preferably a work background in Heavy Equipment Machineries related to SANY Global Team is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years work-related experience, especially in the Excavator sales business.
Preferably having working experience with the top 5 Excavator dealers in the Philippines.
Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspect of the product (heavy equipment)
Proven ability to position product against competitors.
