Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
Develops clear and concise proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
Participates in trade shows and conventions.

Must have completed at least a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising sales, or a related field.
Must possess at least three (3) years of experience as a Relation Manager
Background in Information Technology is a plus
Experience working with a Telco is an advantage
Must be result oriented and able to work independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
