Administrative Duties:

  • Organize and maintain company records, files, and documents (digital and physical).
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and memos.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with other departments for administrative tasks and company activities.
  • Handle filing of permits, compliance documents, and other government-related requirements when needed.

Customer Relations Duties:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Resolve complaints promptly and professionally while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a database of client information and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining services offered.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement.

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • With experience in administrative work or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite
