• Oversee office cleanliness, supplies, and workspace condition
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and utility services

Security & Safety

• Supervise office security personnel or outsourced security agency
• Monitor implementation of office safety protocols (entry logs, visitor policy, CCTV usage)
• Assist in emergency procedures and ensure workplace safety standards

• Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School Diploma required.
• Experience Level: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in security roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Working Conditions: Must be able to work in various environments, including indoors and outdoors, shift work may be required.
