  • Seller Onboarding Analyst provides dedicated support to new sellers during onboarding, guiding them through platform setup, policies, 3PL and payment integration.
  • Proactively assists sellers, promptly addresses inquiries, and conducts onboarding sessions. Builds relationships and educates sellers on optimization.
  • Manages and reviews product data submissions, ensuring adherence to guidelines and coordinating with internal teams.

Syarat-syarat

  • 2-3 years experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a similar customer-facing role within a technology-driven environment.
  • Prior experience with seller onboarding processes or account management within an online marketplace.
  • Experience in creating training materials or documentation for online platforms.
  • Multilingualism: Fluency in additional languages relevant to target markets.
