Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Oversee the maintenance and improvement of financial databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Work closely with various departments to understand and analyze the financial impact of business activities and initiatives.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s
CPA certification is required.
Proven experience as a finance analyst, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience in guiding and developing junior team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
