DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform both software and hardware repair for all products (Mobile, Laptops, Tablets, Wearables, IOT, Audio, etc.)
• Consistently achieve the target repair completed output of 10 – 15 devices/day
• Maintain low back job rate of 0.5%
• 100% compliance of all technical repair process

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in IT-Telco industry
• Experience in Telco Industry or other Service Center is an advantage
• Willing to work 6 days a week, mall hours
• Willing to work onsite at One Ayala, Makati
