Job Description:

• Create content for social media accounts. ( FB, IG, Tiktok and YT, etc) Required to go to showrooms ( Megamall and Alabang ) minimum of 2 times a week for content generation.
• Showroom visits should generate as much content while you are at the store. Output should last for the entire week to avoid repetitive pstings of old content.
• Stick to company brand : minimalist, contemporary and modern.
• Supervising the opening of new branches
• VIP and Celebrity visits. ( Attends meeting and collaboration events)
• Searching for photos.
• Organize Image Bank
• Sets direction and ideas for graphic requirements for promotional events like sales and other promotions.

Digital and in-store

• Advertisement campaign for celebrity endorsers, VIPs In-store marketing display. Taking photos and

designing window display for Marketing ideas.

• Showroom Designs and Layout. Marketing efforts like canvassing and facilitating concepts and design

Schedule of Work Assignments:

1.Monday Morning reply to comments on IG anf FB till noon/ prepare posts for Monday till Wednesday / also for LIVE. Concepts should be prepared ahead of time

2. Afternoon Monday, posts

• 3 days ahead for posts
• showroom schedule should be submitted to HR and Mam Sharlene
• anticipate concerns and issues that will arise during content creation at the store, to be ready for resolutions.

3. Tuesday - showroom visit for content

4. Wednesday - Prepare posts of Thursday/ Friday

5. Thursday - showroom for content

6. Friday - Unique content, schedule posts for Sat Sun/ categorize image banks in your phone so that it will be easy for you to use them when you need it most/ album your images

7. Saturday learn new tick tok trends and social media new ideas

do not post a product if you cannot tag it yet.//

ready posts if properly organized will be very useful for future postings
