职位描述
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Demonstrate and explain mobile phones, accessories, and gadgets.
- Handle sales transactions; basic cashiering experience is an advantage.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays.
- Receive, unpack, and manage inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Address customer concerns and provide basic problem-solving assistance.
- Assist in promotions and marketing activities.
- Follow company policies and security procedures.
职位要求
- At least High School graduate or college level
- Retail experience in mobile phones or electronics is an advantage.
- Good customer service and people skills.
- Good communication and sales ability.
- Passion for selling and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit for standing long hours and handling inventory.
