The Supervising Accounts Management Specialist performs supervisory duties; monitors submission of requirements for the drafting of Standard Operating Guidelines and Instructions (SOGI) from process owners and drafts SOGI; recommends strategies to address gaps and redundancies in business processes; participates in Quality Management System (QMS) audit; and prepares various reports.
