Açıklama

The SUPERVISOR - QUALITY ASSURANCE will be instrumental in providing key support to the management in driving the quality assurance strategy for our slot machine games. The role commonly requires leading a team of quality assurance specialists who perform tests and inspections on electronic games as they move through the production process. He may also be tasked with developing new quality assurance policies or procedures, especially if the company is undergoing major changes in its operations.
Monitor team members to ensure that the team has the manpower needed to complete projects on time.
Review project objectives, timelines, and budgets to ensure that they are realistic and achievable.
Review employee work products to determine whether or not they meet quality standards.
Meet with senior management and recommend measures aimed at meeting business goals, challenges, and possible solutions.
Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures related to quality assurance.
Monitor and evaluate team members' performance to identify areas for improvement or corrective action.
Conduct audits to ensure that all processes meet regulatory standards.
Regularly inspect production lines to identify and resolve any issues.
Apply and recommend management motivation techniques to build and develop a productive work force.
Train appropriate personnel in technical quality skills and contemporary problem-solving techniques.
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Assist in the recruitment and selection of new members by assessing candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Gereklilik

Must be a degree holder of any lT-related course or of equivalent professional experience.
Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar management role.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of slot machine game mechanics and player experience is considered a plus.
Proven track record of successfully leading QA efforts in the gaming industry.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in the English language, both written, and verbal, to ensure clear communication within the team and with relevant stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
