  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Present and promote products and services effectively.
  • Maintain records of communication and client interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses to improve strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team for lead generation.

Syarat-syarat

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or communications is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Working Conditions: Mostly office-based; may involve evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Resilience, motivation, and a customer-centric attitude.
