簡介

Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares monthly journal entries.
  • Records various accruals and other month-end transactions.
  • Records monthly amortization of prepayments.
  • Records pass on charges/intercompany transactions.
  • Prepares necessary adjusting entries.
  • Review entries subject for re-class
  • Records re-class of entries to proper accounts.
  • Performs month-end closing activities and analyses
  • Performs Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliations.
  • Other Finance functions that maybe assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications Needed:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable, general accounting, and fixed asset.
  • Preferably with SAP/ Oracle knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Offices Tools.
  • BS Accountancy graduate.
  • Amenable working permanently in a graveyard shift with hybrid work setup.
