The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe storage, management, and movement of goods. They lead the warehouse team, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while optimizing workflow and cost management.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficient work allocation, training, and performance monitoring.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with local safety regulations (e.g., DOLE, OSHA) and internal policies.
• Coordinate logistics with supply chain teams, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports, highlighting areas for improvement in efficiency and cost control.
• Implement lean management practices and process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
• Manage budgets and monitor costs related to staffing, supplies, and equipment to ensure the warehouse stays within budget.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or shipment delays.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good working condition.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, ideally in the Philippines.
