Salary and benefits:
Annual salary of 400000 to 700000 yuan, localized five insurances and one fund
Work location:
Kuala Lumpur
1. Market research and analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the Malaysian catering market, analyze the consumption habits, competitive situation, business environment, and market potential of the target area, provide detailed market research reports, and provide data support for store location selection and development strategies.
2. Store Site Selection and Expansion: Responsible for selecting store locations in major cities and target areas in Malaysia to ensure the scientific and commercial value of the site selection; Coordinate relationships with local governments, commercial real estate developers, property management companies, etc., promote site selection negotiations and lease contract signing.
3. Business resource development and management: Expand and maintain commercial storefront resources in the Malaysian market, establish extensive business partnerships; Regularly evaluate and optimize business resources to ensure their effective utilization and long-term stable cooperation.
4. Team building and management: Establish and manage development teams, recruit and cultivate professional talents with market expansion and cross-cultural communication skills; Develop team incentive mechanisms to enhance team cohesion and work efficiency.
5. Compliance and risk management: Ensure that development work strictly complies with Malaysian laws and regulations, including commercial leasing, labor employment, food safety, etc; Identify and evaluate potential risks during the development process, and develop effective risk response strategies.
職位要求
1. Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in business management, real estate, marketing, or related fields.
2. Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in developing local chain stores such as catering or retail in Malaysia; Having rich experience in business negotiation and project management, successfully completing multiple store site selection and development projects.
3. Professional skills: Familiar with the Malaysian commercial real estate market, possessing extensive business resources and connections; Having excellent market analysis and site selection evaluation capabilities,
4.Proficient in project management tools and methods, able to efficiently promote store development projects.
5. Language proficiency: Proficient in Malay and English, with good cross-cultural communication skills, fluent in Chinese is preferred.
6. Personal qualities: Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to withstand significant work pressure; Having excellent teamwork spirit and leadership skills, able to lead the team to efficiently complete tasks; Capable of innovative thinking and problem-solving, able to quickly adapt to market changes.
