• Processing customer payments at the checkout counter
• Assisting customers in finding the products
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
• Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
• Receiving, unpacking and arranging new products from suppliers
• Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
• Cleaning and rearranging the shop and ensure that the shop is clean and organized at all times
• Periodic checking on product prices
