Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and excellent client satisfaction.
Manage end-to-end client requirements for manpower, including deployment schedules and replacements.
Work closely with the recruitment team to align candidate profiles with client specifications.
Monitor deployed staff performance and address any concerns or incidents on-site.
Handle contract renewals, service agreements, and client documentation.
Conduct regular client visits and meetings to ensure proactive account management.
Coordinate with HR, payroll, and admin teams to ensure timely delivery of services (e.g., onboarding, timekeeping, billing support).
Prepare and present reports on account status, deployment updates, and candidate pipelines.
Resolve client issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; client-focused mindset.
Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts and manage priorities.
Good understanding of recruitment and deployment processes.
Ability to resolve client and employee issues with tact and professionalism.
Knowledge in labor standards, DOLE requirements, or contracting policies is a strong advantage.
Willing to travel or conduct fieldwork if needed.
