The Associate Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with end-users, managing key client accounts, and driving growth through effective relationship-building and sales strategies. This role focuses on meeting operational needs, resolving escalated issues, and achieving revenue-based quotas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, or account management, preferably in the data center or technology sector, and a proven ability to handle competitive pressures while identifying new sales opportunities.


  • Ensure clients are consistently satisfied with products and services, resolving escalated issues.
  • Achieve revenue-based quotas and manage the sales territory.
  • Effectively manage client accounts to meet operational needs and growth objectives, proposing potential solutions.
  • Navigate external competitive pressures and skillfully handle objections through negotiation.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels.
  • Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales.
  • Use data to influence the buying/renewal process.

Syarat-syarat


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management, preferably in the data center or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales strategies, key account management, and market penetration techniques.
  • Skilled in value-based selling to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (including Word).
  • Experience with Odoo and Monday.com is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is an advantage.
  • Passionate about new technologies.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Experience managing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business opportunities.
  • Willing to be assign in Rosario, Pasig City
  • Willing to work from Mondays to Friday ( Saturday if necessary)
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
