Oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly with the end goal of achieving set objectives
Help develop campaign ideas and present these alongside agency colleagues, to clients with the aim of securing new business for the agency
Build strong client relationships with clients through regular communication
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients' queries
Provide superior management of assigned accounts and ensuring client satisfaction
Reach out to new client prospects, following up on leads and scheduling company credentials presentation to new clients
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver solutions
Participate in pitches along with other agency teams with the aim of winning projects and securing new business for the agency
Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time by the immediate superior or the Management

Syarat-syarat

Graduate of a 4-year course (Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Marketing, Management, or equivalent)
Minimum 2-year work experience
Work experience in an activation/advertising/marketing industry, an advantage
Required Skills: Client Servicing, Budget Management, Communication, Presentation, Negotiation, Organizational, Analytical, Time Management, Project Management, Account Management, Strategy Development, Event Coordination
