Job Summary

-Drives corporate business growth by managing the full sales cycle (lead generation to after-sales service).

-Requires experience in handling corporate accounts, crafting tailored IT solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

-Provides strategic input on sales approaches, ensures customer satisfaction, and helps achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

-Minimum 3 years in B2B/corporate sales (preferably IT solutions).

-Strong understanding of corporate sales processes.

-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

-Organized, analytical, and results-driven.

-Willing to travel or conduct client visits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

-Identify and qualify prospective corporate clients via telemarketing, research,networking, and fieldwork.

-Maintain a strong sales pipeline.

-Analyze target markets to discover new business opportunities.

2. Strategic Sales Execution

-Evaluate accounts based on potential and purchasing patterns.

-Recommend effective sales strategies.

-Conduct product presentations and demos.

-Prepare client-specific proposals and quotations.

3. Account Management & Client Servicing

-Manage end-to-end client interactions (contact to closing).

-Conduct post-sale follow-ups for feedback and cross-selling.

-Track consumable usage and suggest inventory solutions.

-Resolve client issues promptly.

4. Business Reporting & Collaboration

-Monitor sales performance vs. targets and report to management.

-Collaborate with marketing and technical teams.

-Contribute to process improvement through client insights.
