Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted point of contact. Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions that align with business goals.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and scope are adhered to, while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development, support pipeline management, and create new opportunities for account growth.
  • Strategic Insights & Reporting: Provide regular status updates, performance reports, and strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Utilize financial reporting and project management tools to track progress and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consulting, operations, and marketing, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Manage negotiations with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment on terms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Promote a culture of innovation and agility within the team.


Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on client account management or sales enablement.
  • Extensive experience in consulting, especially within a global, cross-functional organizational structure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, creating presentations, and managing reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of financial reporting tools and analysis for client-related projects.
  • Familiarity with project management software and procurement portals.
  • Experience with negotiation processes and managing internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of sales and account management tools
