• Allows you to experience various retail-related roles (sales/merchandising/training/construction) and processes related to the smartphone industry that will prepare you to take important role in the
• company's retail department
• Assist the Retail Director and accomplish given ad hoc tasks on time
• Oversee new product launching timeline and make sure all retail-related key tasks are done on time
• Take part in auditing regional team's product knowledge & implementing ability improvement plans
• Take part in auditing store display and conceptualizing activities that can help improve sales
• Maintain strong working relations with various internal teams, such as Marketing, Operations, Procurement and Channel
• Have a clear picture of project timelines to manage the expectations of both internal and external teams, such as regional team, dealers and contractors
• Have a proactive attitude in terms of anticipating concerns and coming up with solutions ahead of time
• Create support and training documents for internal and external users
• Develop network and provide solution proposals as needed

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate from any management-related course and with an interest in consumer electronics particularly smartphones
• Intermediate in Mandarin and English
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Exhibit strong time management and prioritization skills in order tohandle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
• Independent and able to multitask, work within timelines
• Highly meticulous and detail oriented
• Mature, results-driven and customer-oriented
• Able to work beyond expected office hours if necessary
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Work Site: Willing to work on-site every day in BGC
