Join our growing team! We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Specialist who will support our Finance Department in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company financial records using QuickBooks
• Prepare financial reports, invoices, and billing statements
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of transactions
• Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking
• Ensure timely encoding of all financial data
• Support audits and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments for complete financial documentation
• Perform other finance-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QuickBooks Specialist or similar accounting role
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
• Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and communication skills
