You will be responsible for managing critical financial processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting the company’s long-term financial strategy across our group entities.

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for various Group entities, with detailed analysis and insights.
• Handle tax compliance tasks to ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements.
• Perform balance sheet and inter-entity reconciliations.
• Conduct cost analysis and ensure correct allocation of expenses to respective projects.
• Oversee insurance management and other commercial compliance activities.
• Support the CFO in preparing cash flow reports and payment schedules.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster growth and development.
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the CFO or senior management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in Australian accounting is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in managing tasks independently and efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, even under time pressure.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and proactive.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solid math and analytical skills, with critical reasoning capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Iloilo/Pasig Office (onsite).
