- Performing day to day financial transactions such as verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data.

- Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department. - Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.

- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.

- Inform management and compile reports and summaries on activity areas.

- Identify slow-paying customers and recommend collection candidates.

- Ensure accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to dates.

- Performs other tasks as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

- Proven working experience as Accounting. -Solid understanding of basic accounting principle.

- Hands on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software.

- Candidate to have at least BS Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.

- Has no visible tattoo.
