Position: Bookkeeper / General Accounting

REQUIREMENT:

• holder of a bachelor's degree
• At least two years of general accounting-related job experience
• It is advantageous to have prior experience in the same industry.
• Capable of working on-site
• able to participate in in-person interviews

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Encourage year-end and month-end closings and make sure that all deadlines are fulfilled.
• Compiling and analyzing financial information
• will be in responsible of documentation and bookkeeping, including confirming liquidations and reimbursements.
• reconciliation of the bank.
• Accounts payable and receivable procedures need to be monitored and controlled.
• assisting with tax filing and payroll processing.
• Maintaining the file system and paperwork
• doing extra duties as required.
