• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports in compliance with PEZA regulations.
• Prepare and file PEZA-related reports, permits, and certifications (e.g., import/export documentation, monthly/annual reports).
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government agencies alongside PEZA requirements.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax filings.
• Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors and government agencies.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for cost efficiency and compliance.
• Support inventory monitoring and documentation of PEZA-related transactions.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure proper documentation of import/export activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum 3 years of general accounting experience, with at least 1 year handling PEZA compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, government reporting, and PEZA rules/regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office tools.
